Love this place, the C3 (Grilled Pork Rice) is done perfectly! Super charred and flavorful. My Pho (P1) tasted very flavorful, the meat (tripe and thinly sliced eye round) were very fresh. I just wish the broth is not so rich in I'm not sure of what spices (maybe Star Anise) because it gives the broth a spicy taste like peppery. I prefer my broth to be clear and not too rich in spices. but in all, the taste is perfect, if not for the too strong spices. Maybe next time I visit, I can request a more clear broth. Oh and the restaurant is very clean and everyone was so friendly.

we came in on a sunday evening and everything was great! the service was awesome and the food came out quick. i believe our waiter's name was Han and he made sure our glasses never went empty and was very attentive. we will be back!

Located in a strip mall right next to Buc-ee's. Bright and clean in there. Greeted with a smile. The food is Fresh and Delicious! Med spice for the curry was very tolerable. If you like spice, go a level higher. Generous amount of chicken with veggies! The pork dumplings were on special and soaked in a hot chili sauce. So soft with just the right amount of chew to them. Melt in your mouth. This is the kind of place that if you finish all your food, you still feel healthy and not bogged down. TVs on the wall showing nature, Vietnamese cooking, and other cooking shows-all silent. Light pop music playing in the background.

I can’t even begin to describe how good this place is... would come here during lunch break and this place has me driving 45 minutes to get dinner. Love coming here , the food is astounding and the staff is always friendly. The atmosphere is warm and inviting and has a very homey feel. I really do love this place and hope it stays and does well.. will be posting my review on every platform to ensure everyone knows how amazing this place truly is.

I really enjoyed my meal at Vietnam Bistro. Friendly service and wonderful food. I had the Salt and Pepper Shrimp which was delicious. At other restaurants, they leave the shells on the shrimp so you lose all the seasoning when you peel the shrimp to eat it; but here they remove the shells before cooking and you get all the seasoning. The shrimp were very large and cooked to perfection. My friends had the seafood pho which she said was delicious. Just don't order the iced tea it was so weak, that I traded it for a soda. I will definitely be back.

Had really high expectations because of the reviews and they really nailed it. Customer service is so good & the servers are super nice. I had the beef fresh rolls. And the “ Ca Ri Ga” it was a soup with chicken and veggies. The broth sooooooo good. Creamy, tangy and sweet. It hit the spot. Definitely want to come back and try the rest of the menu. The Vietnamese coffee was not too strong or too sweet. It was perfect!!

I get so excited when i have a variety of food in one plate. I came hungry and ordered jasmine rice with grilled pork,steamed pork cake and pork chop ofcourse, i left nothing on my plate! it was an amazing treat to my growling tummy! My husband also enjoyed his pho, warmth to his belly. Staff was very attentive and professional. Im so glad we discovered this bistro, first time here and i can't wait to come back!...But!!! 2hrs after, definitely had to come back, wish it was to dine again but we accidentally left our card thanks to the staff for keeping it safe

Clean, good food, good service, A in my book. Good water refills. It’s been here a little over a year I think. Bathrooms are pretty clean (1 mens and 1 womens stall). Area outside of restaurant is kind of quiet (not too lively) and near the Highway but I don’t really mind since most people do takeout here as the restaurant is pretty casual.
